Any resident of the Town of Lantana is allowed to conduct two (2) family garage sales per year. To request a garage sale permit, a resident must fill out an application at Town Hall and pay $5.00. Each garage sale applicant will receive three (3) garage sale signs, two of the signs are allowed off-premise as long as they are not installed on a state or county road, which includes:

Lantana Rd

Hypoluxo Rd

US #1 (Dixie Hwy.)

Ocean Avenue from US#1 (Dixie Hwy.) to the Beach

The signs are permitted to be displayed for a period of no longer than 48 hours and must be removed immediately after the garage sale has concluded.
