How can I get a parking permit?

Residents within the Town can receive two parking permits per address at $37.45 (includes sales tax) per decal. Unfortunately, residents living outside Lantana limits are unable to purchase parking permits. However, they can park in metered parking spaces for $1.50 per hour. Do I need a permit for a garage sale?

Yes. Permits are available at Town Hall during regular business hours and cost $5. You are able to have two sales in a calendar year. For additional information, click here.

I just had my alarm installed. How can I get a permit?

Permits are available at Town Hall during regular business hours and cost $20. You will be asked to provide emergency contact information and alarm installation, monitor, and service information, as well.

I am planning to buy/sell a property in Lantana and require a lien/title search. How can I obtain one?

Please mail your request along with the address, Property Control Number, a self addressed stamped envelope, and a check or money order. The cost is $150 if you would like it returned within five business days from when we receive the request - $300 for a two business day return.
